ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: If you have purchased products online and for some reason need to return anything we ask that you please email us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please use the subject title RETURN and send your email to email@example.com. We will then send you a RAN (Returns Authentication Number) and ask you to post the item back to us in order to receive a full refund or exchange*.
*items must be returned in their original saleable condition– if not, we may be unable to accept them and they will be returned back. Refund is for value of products (shipping costs not included). Refund may take up to 5 days after we receive the goods back to show in your account.
IN STORE PURCHASES: Due to the small size of our lovely Islington boutique and fast turnover of products we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase, (this credit lasts 6months). We always encourage our customers to TRY IT, love it, buy it when in the store, but if you do change your mind we're sure you'll find something else you love in no time at all!
